Sculptor Masaki Apsy's "RAYCASEAL", released as a resin cast kit at the Wonder Festival in the summer of 2003, is now available as the Phantasy Star Online plastic model "RAYCASEAL Elnoa"! Taking over the concept of a self-assembled garage kit action figure, the material is a plastic similar to resin cast, rather than PVC. The scale has also been increased to 1/12 and the movement has been redesigned. The design has also been brushed up as the Masaki Apsy version (Ver.APSY). The color coding is reproduced using molded colors. The distinctive section ID can be reproduced with a decal. It is offered as both the origin and the starting point for a new character plastic model.
