Shangri-La Frontier Towa Amane / Arthur Pencilgon

Arthur Pencilgon is the number two member of the extremist PK clan Ashura-kai, and is known by the nickname "Giant Killing". He has a knife in his left hand, and in his right hand he holds the holy spear Kaledwruff, one of only five heroic weapons in his Shanfro, and his dignified and easy-going behavior is recreated. His accessories and costumes are decorated with great attention to detail and texture, and are expressed in shapes and colors that are simple at first glance, but are worth seeing.
